Lincoln – Alda (Rodrigues) Collins, 93, of Kenmore Way, died Thursday, April 11, 2024 at home, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late William P. Collins.
Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Jesuino and Maria (Gonzales) Rodrigues, she had lived in Lincoln for over fifty years.
Mrs. Collins, along with her late husband, was the former owner of Fairlawn Wine, Pawtucket. She was previously an interior designer and owner of Contempora, Pawtucket. She was a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and the New York School of Design.
She is survived by one son, Gregory Collins of Alexandria, Virginia; and four grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Christopher Collins, and the sister of the late Lydia Kohler and Zelia Castro.
A graveside service will be held Monday, April 22, 2024 at 10:00 am at Highland Memorial Park, 1 Rhode Island Avenue, Johnston. Family and friends are invited, and may attend visiting hours on Sunday, from 3:00 – 5:00 pm at Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln.
